Homecoming Service
Deep pre-arrival activation. AC pre-cooled, fridge stocked to your list, lights on, fresh towels, mail sorted. You walk into a home that's been waiting for you.
Send-Off Service
Pre-departure closing. Utilities verified, refrigerator cleared, mail forwarding activated, exterior items reviewed for basic storage needs, optional water main shut-off.
Vacation Support Package

Custom quoted support for homeowners who need additional help while away. Services may include agreed pet stop-in checks, feeding support, light home readiness tasks, vendor access, and other vacation-related needs based on availability, property access, and written service terms.
Vendor Escort
We meet pre-approved contractors at your home, photo-document the work area at arrival, and return for completion documentation. Scheduling and scope are confirmed before the visit. Vendors invoice you directly.
