I'm David Ellis. I honorably served in the United States Air Force, and across 24 years in aviation maintenance and management I worked in an industry where checklists aren't a suggestion and "I forgot" isn't a defense. Every visit documented. Every signature auditable. Every small thing flagged before it becomes a big thing. That's the discipline Sailfish Home Watch is built on.

I hold a Bachelor's in Management and an Associate of Arts in Information Technology. The management side gives the business its systems and accountability frameworks. The IT side gives you the tools — GPS-verified visit logs, time-stamped photo reports, organized property records — that turn "we checked the property" from a promise into something you can verify from your kitchen counter back home.

Sailfish is veteran-owned and owner-operated. I deliberately stay small — consistent owner-operated service at your door, with my cell phone and my reputation behind every report.

I'm also a Martin County dad. My older daughter is training to play D1 college softball as a catcher — a position that's all about reading the field and being the calm in chaos. My younger daughter is an aspiring artist who also loves fashion and has a creative eye for detail. They've taught me what I want to be known for in this community: doing the things that matter, at the standard you'd want done for your own family.
